The spare parts service is generally available to all buyers.* However, club members benefit from a general 10% discount on all items offered.

Note for Isetta Club e.V. club members: To automatically receive the 10% discount for club members at checkout, you should first create a user account in the shop and enter a delivery address before placing an order. Otherwise, the discount for club members cannot be applied. Activation will then be done manually and as quickly as possible. Once activated, you will see a notice in the shop indicating that you have been assigned to the "Isetta Club e.V. Club Member" customer group.

If you have any questions about selecting the right spare parts for your vehicle, the shop team or our model experts are available to help. With their extensive expertise, they can help with many vehicle-related problems, not just with choosing spare parts.

Important Information Regarding Deliveries Within the European Union

Dear Customers,

Due to changing legal requirements in the area of packaging regulations, we have temporarily adjusted our shipping conditions for deliveries within the European Union.

The requirements of the German Packaging Act (VerpackG) and the European Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) may result in different obligations for businesses depending on the destination country. These may include registration, reporting and other requirements relating to product and shipping packaging.

Implementing these requirements involves considerable organisational and financial effort. At present, it is not possible for us to fully implement the requirements for all EU Member States within a framework that is reasonable for our company.

Therefore, the following shipping options apply until further notice:

• Deliveries within Germany remain available.
• Delivery to a German shipping address is also possible.
• Deliveries to addresses outside the European Union remain available, provided that no other legal or shipping-related restrictions apply.
• Collection from our premises remains possible by prior appointment.
• Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer deliveries to EU Member States other than Germany. This also applies to business customers.

We regret any inconvenience caused by these restrictions and ask for your understanding.

We are monitoring the further development of the applicable legal framework and regularly reviewing the conditions under which deliveries to additional EU Member States may be resumed.
